If I can help it, I will only attend one per year. And that is not because I want to; rather I have to. Professionals have to attend seminars to satisfy the requirement of what is commonly known as the CPD hours (Continuing Professional Development). The idea of this requirement is so that professionals can keep abreast with new developments in the profession. For valuers, we need to collect 10 CPD hours per year. Once I achieve that 10 CPD hours, I'm done for the year! No more seminars, thank you.<BR/><BR/>I usually don't consume my money's worth. I hardly touch the tea breaks except for the coffee. I do the lunch of course. But some people can really eat!
